What to include
Describe the regular trips, passengers, drivers, parking, loads and road conditions. If vehicles are already under consideration, include the exact variants and the reason each made the list.
Share only information you are comfortable sending by ordinary email. Photographs, service records or inspection notes can be discussed after we understand the question; redact personal identifiers where they are not relevant.

What happens first
We read the context, identify missing evidence and clarify whether the question fits our six areas of work. The first response is intended to establish a useful scope, not to force a predetermined package.
Where the next step belongs with a mechanic, road authority, insurer, emergency service or legal adviser, we will say so. Good guidance includes knowing which expertise is required.

Limits and responsibility
Our work is general editorial information and tailored decision support. It does not replace a physical inspection, diagnosis, legal advice, insurance advice, driver training or emergency assistance.
Vehicle condition and road conditions can change quickly. The driver and owner remain responsible for lawful operation, maintenance, loading and decisions made before and during travel.

Email is best for a detailed brief because it creates a record of models, routes and constraints. Phone is useful for confirming whether a question is within scope.
We respond during our published studio hours. Do not use these channels for roadside emergencies; contact the relevant Australian emergency or roadside service instead.
